Announcement - Roler introduces unique ASP based service

Roler announces today the introduction of a full document services solution for archiving and managing content and extracting the information for use in effective client communications via invoices, statements and other regularly distributed client facing documents.
Roler offers a unique service that takes all records, indexes them, collates them and safely archives them in one cohesive electronic data base. This enables Roler’s service bureau to extract relevant data for customer communication via documents such as statements, invoices and bills either through a Print and Mail application or through Electronic Presentment on the web.

Roler has chosen to deliver this service as an Application Service Provider (ASP) which provides excellent flexibility to their clients. As an ASP Roler can deliver the service in modules, customers only pay for the functionality needed today which eliminates the burden of investing in a self administered Document Management software package where they may use 50% of the functionality.
